1. Right click.

2. Then choose "properties".

3. Choose "Change".

4. Choose your computer user.

5. Click at "Full Control".

I've got no problem, starting mySQL, world and login server. But every time that I press "start world" I keep getting an error: (roughly translated)

When the JIT-errorfinding is activated, not all the none-solved exeptions arw send to that JIT-errorfindingfunction, that is registeredon the computer, instead of being solved in this dialog-box.

Now, does anyone have any idea of what that might could cause this problem ?

@Arodoraa go into your wow folder, then into data, and delete the 3 patch mpq files. then run the blizzard repair in the wow folder, it should give you a message saying wow is seriously damaged, if you dont get this message, you did something wrong, if you did, continue to run the repair, and that successfully repairs you down to 3.0.1 im pretty sure, ive done it 3 times. all successfull.

@msuvenir I don't have time to explain the other stuff, but the problem where your friend can't connect is that 127.0.0.1 is YOUR computer.

The easiest way to make your server "public" is by using Hamachi. You start hamachi, your friends connect to your hamachi and then you change the ip in your wow folder and in the server config folder to your Hamachi ip. Look through a tutorial, I hope this helped a litte bit :)

when i try to make an account it says mysql error... then it says unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click conitnue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. You really don't help by only saying use the forum, but i tried this ages ago and it didn't work. However after 6 months (no lie 6 months) of trial and error, I found one that worked for me. However it had lots of bugs. So today I said screw it and downloaded the repack and it worked amazingly! Thx Johved. :D
