    Unfortunately for me, I find the turbo trainer bores the shit out of me.

    I've tried listening to music and watching TV, but still only manage 30mins.

    If I go out on the road, I'll do 2hours+ and love it!

    i only ever do 30mins too. i dont think of it as a full workout, just a burst to keep me ticking over. i dont think you need to do massive sessions on the turbo

  • it is a good video but the biggest mistake i think you made on this is the one leg training. you should have done it to the other leg as well so we can see where the placement of your foot when your training the other leg
