On the banks of the stream, where the lake used to be, there's a lot of slag. Also in the uplands, south of the dirt road, there's bits of slag scattered in the sand on the ground.

I heard of this "Gloucester Furnace" it was one of the earliest furnaces in that area. Is there any remments of it's existence? Slag, etc.
