  • is this the one in olive branch

  • this looks fun but at my high school our idea of linemen challenge was board drills until someone died

  • why does putting your legs up make it harder?

  • pretty cool stuff, but none of it is "linemen stuff"....more of and iron man comp.

  • This is amazing man haha, when did you start working out, and how long did it take you to achieve that bench?

  • i cant bench with my feet in the air lol

  • I weigh 220 and bench 400

  • @sonarly100 sure u do

  • @21COOKIE1996 idc if u believe or not

  • @sonarly100 I believe you

  • @alexdt68 thank you lol

  • See I am a lineman also and I hate RB and WR that think they are the shot and they are the ones who carry the team. Wrong!!! If it wasn't for our big asses blocking for them they wouldn't be scoring like they do. U rarely see them appreciate the lineman in the NFL.

  • IT WEIGHS ABOUT 10- 15KILOS DEPEND

  • im a running back and everyone thinks we make the plays but really it's these guys that do it and i have a deep respect for them. couldn't do it with out you

  • @royb932

we love you skinny guys too. lol

  • @royb932 good man. its always nice to hear that

  • @royb932 thanks for that us lineman never get in the paper but its nice for people to respect us.

  • what does the med ball weigh

  • dude freaking LINEMAN RULE!!!!

  • Fuk I wish I was a larger guy, I would love to be a o lineman. Something about battling in the trenches that gets me pumped.

  • dude benching is hella strong

  • its only 185... not that much

  • how heavy was the medicine ball?

  • "i gaurantee he wouldve gotten more cause u have more base and shit..."

    Geee do ya think?????????

  • because it was the rules of the lineman challenge. He didn't bench with his legs up at the most recent combine because it wasn't required but the results are above. He did 25 reps of 225 & looked impressive. It was the top score

  • woops correction "y didnt he bench wit his feet on the ground"....my bad haha

  • @wildman473 either way, it was part of the rules, did you hear people telling him to keep his legs together?

  • y did that dumbass bench wit his feet on the ground...i gaurantee he wouldve gotten more cause u have more base and shit...i wanna see him bench like that wit 225 and see how dumb he looks

  • You can choose to do a 185 bench or 225 bench

  • is this college football

  • it was my junior year of high school

  • @alexdt68 thats fucking insane, but also really awesome at the same time. i wish i went to an american highschool

  • Linemen at college combines still do 185 going into college. Just thought I'd mention.

  • what kind of lineman challenge uses 185 on the bench. 185 is for skill players, lineman are always supposed to use 225 for reps

  • Juniors in highschool do reps of 185. College players do reps of 225. I did 25 reps of 225 at my last combine. If you play, you should know that

  • yeah well i don't know what state you live in but in virginia we did reps of 225 in HIGH SCHOOL dumbass

  • so how many reps u doing in college now?

  • i can rep out 25 on a good day but i weigh like 235 and i play TE

  • Gotta admit that pretty fricken good. football here is just not the same as it is in Virginia(I'm guessing) sounds like they start the hard shit in high school.

  • To have your legs up minimizes the amount of work that your legs will do in the set at the later stages when your arms are in fatigue. Otherwise they would have been doing 225 reps with a flat back setup. Also having legs up minimizes the amount of arch and therefore the hip thrust that can be used to punch through the weight repeatedly.

  • In AZ they do reps of 185 for juniors in high school. 225 is for after players gradute frm high school I have been to the same big man challenge not as a participant & they have never required players to have their kegs up since that year?

  • dude you could get seriously injured in your back when u lift ur legs up. what colleges sponsered this? the one i went to aka michigan, said its important to keep ur feet on the ground?

  • It wasn't sponsored by a college. It was a high school lineman challenge. They required us to put our legs up during the bench press

  • why are they using a trapbar to do farmers walk?

  • there is no purpose for putting your legs up on the bench - good technique to prevent injury is heels, butt and shoulders on the bench. You'd arch your back more with them in the air.

  • ok just so everyone understands...this was a competition. It was required to keep legs up not my choice ok?

  • yep, its a little bit harder too. for me i lock my core while benching.

  • you should always put your legs up on the bench, so you can't cheap and it's better for your back.

  • so u can't cheat by lifting your torso or hips off the bench

  • what is the purpose of legs up for bench?
