If you think I'm just hating, go look at the dunk session he did for NBA TV as part of the Idaho Stampede D-League team, his head isn't within 6 inches of the regulation rim on any of those dunks. Alot of the TFB / Flying101 guys post videos of them dunking on lowered rims to make it look great.

if ur 6'6 and you have a 36 running vert(no such thing btw) than you should. I'm 6'3 and my vert is about 40 and I can do tons of stuff. Its more about coordination and the speed you move the ball rather than how high you jump.
