I love this, I'm white and raised American. But African traditional music has so much feeling, and it is just amazing. Words can't express how much I loved this. My first out of country visit will be to Africa. In general though I love traditional cultural music.
they need more people on American Idol and tv who really feel the music and sing their hearts out. music is universal, there's more than white pop that should be heard

these kids are better than my high schools choir. and my schools choir only chooses he best singers who try out, and there are about 2,800 kids at my school so that's saying something.
Ndyahimbisa mukama o muma garaganje, namanyeganje gona nomatima gwanje gona! Bisa muka she she, bisa mui hangue, bisa mui tumbi bisa, vida vyona! ----- These are the lyrics I could come up with by listening.
I know the title of the song is "Ndyahimbisa Mukama" because I did some research on it last year. It means "I will sing for the Lord with all my heart, soul, and mind" in Runyankole/Rukiga, a language of Uganda! =)
These children are amazing. Had the opportunity to host children from two different ACCs over the years, through my church. The greatest thing about them is not their singing and dancing (though it's obviously wonderful) but the fact that they've been through horrors that most people can't imagine and, in spite of it (or maybe because of it) are the most joyous and loving children you could ever hope to meet.
they have been to our church the last 2 years and they are amazing if you ever get a chance to see them live take it...you will not regret it one bit!!!!
@blkhockeypro19 yea the lead girl with the Mic... did u hear her?? was her voice sounding male like to u?? she's a girl. All those in bright orange dresses are girls, and those in dark brown are boys.
i don't wanna know what a few of them have already seen in their lifes :'( i think for them it doesn't matter what they've seen ... music is their life! :)
definately. i dont watch/listen to the songs they make that have westen traits in them such as the instrumentation and language, i think it doesnt go well together.
I like it better when they sing it in their own native toungue, it's sounds better when they sing it in their native toungue. Iv'e seen some vids of this same choir and theyv'e done it in english, and either they don't remember all the lyrics or doesn't sing it as loud. this is beautiful. what uis the name of this song?
how canm somebody not like them, they're so alive and their songs are as well I feel sorry for people who can't stand these youngsters people like bill oreilly and faux news channel
