I think the cracking is one of her vocal techniques, I had a music professor who said voice cracking could be also used as a vocal technique, but you have to be really an expert to do it. Because if you do it wrong it will sound like you really cracked unintentionally and it will affect your voice, it's not safe to do and it takes a lot of risks.

Somehow she quite did it wrong at 2:16 probably because she attempted doing it a lot of times.
