@Naanoux Hey thanks! I promise I will do another body shot video soon... I've been wanting to do one cause the last one I did was at 57 pounds and I really wanted everyone to be able to see a difference. Maybe 20 pounds is enough to do that... I'm not sure... I just really wanted to get to 80 pounds of lost before I did another... but I may just go ahead and do it just for ya Naanoux! LOL! Thanks again!

@arbaughhr hey great work i stumbled upon your videos and you look really good keep it up. I am a guy and i weigh 235 and i can relate to you because i have alot a muscle weight. Anyways I am going to try to lose weight if you can give me some pointers that would be great. thomas estanza
