  • what was your time?

  • Got the same bike except its a 05 and I got a extened swing arm... so fun

  • The oldie zx7 still in shape

  • So what'd you run!?!?!?!

  • who won???? nice bike to bro, i have the same and ppl are going crazy here they think its a Ottawa senators bike lol

  • what up with all these track videos without the fucking time or trap...

    Worthless.

  • well for those of u who dont know, its acually easier on the engine and trans when ur rpms are up at 7500-15000rpms to shift than at 3000-4000rpms cuz a bikes tranny works diffrently than a cars, so by getting up in the rpms and shifting clutchless actually is recommended, if someone so called babies there sportsbike dont buy it, cuz its damaging unlike cracking the throttle and usen the bike like it was made to be, just remember, lay rubber not your skin, ride safe wear a jacket no more tshirts

  • Best colour lovely Gixxer!

  • what was the time?

  • wow...you guys drag racing with jeans !!! please don't kill urself man !!

  • Yea its true it called powed shift

  • you should extend your swingarm :]

    shit looks hott

  • no he shouldn't, because it's pretty lame, and destroys your handling

  • dont forget it looks like shit too

  • Actually it doesnt if you only go to a max or 2-3 inches. Anything over, you will see a side effect to your handling.

  • im pretty sure this guy doesnt use it for handling...he uses it for drag racing so why not a longer swingarm

  • that shit is gay when extended

  • my friend which i wouldnt really call him my friend cause hes a jackass told me you can upshift without the clucth but idk about that anybody tried?i mean dont you need a air shifter for that?

  • you can, just a slight roll off the throttle and click up real quick

  • yeah, I heard about this too and I shifted on the highway today once without clutch. I did exactly what joeker12 said, I had put pressure on the lever and decreased the throttle, the bike shifted with ease (as in it felt right and no clucking or weird sounds)

  • yeah i do this all the time

  • yup. easiest way is to put your foot on the shifter...apply slight pressure, let off the gas a bit, and it'll go right in.

    No clutch needed.

  • @gixxerjon600 yea i do it all the time but if you don't immediately roll right back on the throttle, it can feel really weird when it clicks into gear

  • @gixxerjon600

called a clutchless shift. its not bad for the engine. u gota snap off throttle a little real quick.

  • I have an 07 600..stretched, lowered, strapped, exhaust, air box mod, drag tire, and can run 10:20's on motor.

  • nice run man! i ran my 06 gixxer 600 and ran a 10.80 @ 132mph but mine is lowered and strapped at the track. Plus our track blows and is very slick. you could run 10.80 easy if you lowered it and strapped and worked on the starts

  • is it true u loss hp if u take the baffel out the stock pipe

  • Im not sure

  • No. Your reducing your back pressure. It will make you lose a small bit in the low end of the rpms, but gain dramatically in the high end.

  • @04GSXR118 lose power . and its not good for the bike...

  • GIXXERS!!!!!

  • Love the bike, I have the same one -- stock right now though. 11.2 is pretty quick :)

  • red/black

  • Your exhaust sounds awesome. I'm stuck betwwen purchasing the Devil Master Exhaust slip on and the yoshimura r-55. I was wondering if you have the slip on, a power command any efi or upgraded jet kit. Your exhaust sounds the meanest, clearest, and one of the loudest even in an open track like that. So far out of all the exhausts i've heard on youtube, i would nominate yours at #1.

  • The r55 is defentitly a sweetsounding pipe and i find by far looks the best. I have just the slip on right now but starting to look at some type of power commanders. Let me know what you find is best.

  • One more question. Alot of these guys are removing the baffle to make it sound louder, did you? If not. i am most likely going with the yoshi. Thanks alot for all your help.

  • lol i dont know why they would remove the baffle. Its louder than most of my freinds pipes as it is, and yes i have its crazy loud! Go for it man u wont regret it. Send me a video if you end up going for it.

  • If you remove the baffle from the yosh it will looses decompressions and could cause a HP loss. I install and dyno. so get a Dyno Jet or some kind of fuel regulater / Power commander so that you won't run too lean and fry pistons and rings. Lol I'm just the warning label but just keep the baffel. I have R-55 on my GSX-R 600 and it's louder that all my budies, except for one buddy, he gots two borothers.

  • (-continued) very loud but i gained HP and he lost some even with a Power Commander by -2. yosh test pipes with suzuki so they give off best Performance. why am i still typing. I just love bike too much sry. haha.

  • slip on or full

  • Just the slip-on man. bit of a kick to it and sounds great

  • Yeah, stick to a slip on with a 600... full systems aren't generally needed unless you are seriously racing.

I have the same bike as you :) but I put a shorty akrapovic can on it

  • why buy a race bike if you're not going to race it...

  • For street commuting, for stunting, for fun riding?

  • Good racing mate, what was your timings?

  • that was my 2nd time out so 11.2 seconds i was happy with it

  • The GSX won?

  • yeah the gsxr won

  • 11.2 at what mph?

  • 126.39 mph - 203.39 km/h
