Haha, I've actually been switching between Manfred and Gant for Rotti. I used Manfred for Things You See in A Graveyard and Let The Monster Rise but I used Gant for Night Surgeon.
You also need to be a little consitant. OH yeah, you should also elaborate with the mouth movment. I did this all on movie maker, and if you memorize the songs and mouth out the words, you can make the sprites do the same ^.^
