@mrmuze it is the v8 of audi only spyker tuned it a litle up gave it some extra hp. so it aint idintical to the audi's any more.

and the sound no way aint the same:P spyker sound is so amazing :D

Are you NUTS. A Z06 is pretty much considered a Supercar and can do a way better 0-60. I dont remember what it was but $200000 0-60 4.5 sec is kinda weak. Most of those german Sedans from Audi and Mercedes are close to that. This cars price is way to much.

It corners well but it's super uncomfortable while this is, the Z06 isn't a supercar either. It's considered a muscle car m8. Ofc muscle cars are cool no denying that but I prefer European supercars :)

And.. I believe the C8 Laviolette does 0-60 in 4.3 seconds while the Z06's time is like 4 seconds. 0.3 of a second before the speedo reaches 60.. who cares? The Z06 top speed is better tho i will admit that but this has a 4.2 litre V8 whilst the Z06 has a 7 litre :D

I looked up and its about 3.8 sec to 3.7. Sure I love the C8 just as much as any other car. But for a car as rare as this I would expect it to be faster. Spyker might as well stop BSing and release that TT version of the C8. Then I can understand the price.

Don't forget that this car is completely handbuilt. It takes 4 weeks to build one, you can even see how they make it via your computer. So I can understand why you think it's too much but I can understand why it's that much too :)

If cars were all about speed, then nobody would buy exoitcs because as you said, most top German cars are just as fast, if not faster than the majority exotics.

On Top gear they showed how an Audi ESTATE was faster than a F430, and 50% cheaper. But then again.... when was the last time any Estate car got anyone laid?
