A small sugestion you could always use queso fresco rather then mozzarella cheese, and also perhaps some pico de gallo on them to give it a better taste. Nice idea with the mushrooms never heard of that before.. =)

You are correct about buying a rice cooker. That is one of the best kitchen investments I've ever made. If you can get a fuzzy logic cooker go for it. Set it and forget it for perfect rice.

Well Darlin from your comment I,m gonna do this in front of all of yaull ( Its over for any chance at a real show, your tacos were under par at any great mexican restaurant , before you put out this dribble suggest a cooking course in Mexican cuisine people are smart now and know how to eat do not offend real mexicans with this very poor attempt at cooking and food prep stick to weather reporting you have that type of look good luck. the culinary world thanks you
