  • dont stick you bum out so far when your squatting. try have a wider stance.

  • @BeastlyDean You push your hips back to keep the pressure in your hips and not your knees. This will activate your glutes and hamstring more and keep your knees healthy.

    Shoulder width stance is appropriate for squats. Wider stance equals a sumo squat and that's not what we are going for here.

  • how many time a week should you go to the gym? and do you do eerything just 1nce a week? e.g. arms monday, abs wednesday, legs friday?

  • @datnotfair  For this program you do each of the 3 workouts once a week. and supplement cardio as you feel suitable.

  • Yes of course. Not that I can boast too heavy of a bench or squat but everything in these videos are light for the purposes of the video.
