Although the other episodes are factual, this one is an openly fictional account of a plan to relocate people off Earth so they will escape its destruction due to global warming. Ask anyone who is in the film industry, to fake a video like this in the 60's or 70's was damn near impossible, especially with so many accurate details that were not know at the time, such as the blue skys, and atmospheric pressure in millibars. Plus why is when the craft lands it does not go straight down but seems to turn as it decends? We had no craft capable of such a maneuver.
