Hey Guys, quick question. When transporting fake weapons such as airsoft guns, what must you do? Any specific laws?

@theoldmacarooni8 Yes, they are considered firearms under ATF (federal regulations) but varies per state that you go to.

@theoldmacarooni8 It's just like transporting a real weapon on an aircraft when you go to check in tell them that you have a fire arm that you need to check in make sure its in an approved hard case that can be locked with a combo or pad lock they will have you either go to the TSA booth or whatever they have or have the TSA agent come over and declare the weapon safe and unloaded they will put a fire arms declaration card in your case lock it up and you should be on yor marry way.

Like Evike said, treat them like real steel. Lockable hard case with TSA approved lock and declare them at check in.
