it is so true!, thanks so much for this video, sometimes you need validation of what ones feels in each moment, expectation is not good, it takes away the surprise and the preciousness of the moment!
If someone realizes that the purpose of challenges in one's life is to awaken spiritual self and one starts to see happiness in little things, have a possible spiritual experience, can it be that they have entered into mania, due to the stressors of their life? Should one have to take medications to chemically balance themselves or can meditating and accepting everything as God's will, can help one heal?
Simran needs sewa and satsangat- You need selfless service help homeless people, to lots of selfless service help elders, help family. Heaven can lie under the foot of your mother.
As a Buddhist for some 20 years I am so happy that nowadays I do not have 'experiences'.
My take on it is that 'experiences' are like the expanding of a box, 'experiences' enable you to then see more deeply - the issue being that there is no end to depth and consequently concentrating on the depth rather than an 'experience' is where communion with the truth lies (in my opinion).
There again this is just my opinion and I could be completely wrong...
thank you for posting this video. I know I personaly need to be reminded sometimes that it is all part of the divine. Some morning I wake up in complete dispare for the fact I feel I've "lost it" or out of tune. I may be rushed with anxieties that I won't find it again. ironically you post this on a morning I feel i had lost it. once again the one truth is there when you need it.Thank you, sat nam.

@jagara1 a common person looks to make certain if depth IS there. An experience would make it certain. After that we can start digging for depth.
