Excellent review. I especially appreciated the trouble you went to explain things clearly with the snapshots and zoom views, and despite not going through everything, this video helped me gain a pretty comprehensive understanding of the game as I watched it after skimming the rule book. The local hobby store is having a big sale soon, and I'm thinking of picking this up along with a few other gems. :)

Thank you for the overview of this game. It is the nicest, least 'cluttered' scan on a rather complex game, that I have seen. I needed this to refer my husband to, since he is overseas, and I simply cannot fathom trying to describe this game with it's nuances over the phone. Couple with your written review, this is definately a purchase!

what about the space race? just kidding. I know it was a general overview. There is so much to this game, but I love it! Great review! This is great to show a new player to understand the fundamentals of the game.

@EverybodyLovesAlf Cheers mate, love the avatar BTW. Space race? no-one ever uses that thing, LOL. Oh how many times does that one card you play to the space race seem like it would be the end of the world if the event went off. I really must say this is an excellent game. I'm glad people can use it to give new players a sense of the gameplay.

@PhilFromIT I have has adrenalin playing this game.....I'm a geek I know. Recently my opponent was sitting on 19 points (if he gets to 20 he wins) It was so tense, I knocked him back to 12 for a few turns but he came back for the victory. Great game.
