The real truth is it is not sexual at all. Pick up a fashion mag or something, go to an art museum, something to get some arts & culture exposure. The commercial is purely about fashion. The baby is being viewed as very fashionable & cool. The people looking at him do not in any way whatsoever have 'lustful' looks...more like looks of 'awe' as in 'wow that baby is cool' or in the case of the asian guy "dude you're the man!' (as he nods his head showing respect).

Women are not typically portrayed as the 'cool' character which is exactly what this baby is supposed to personify. Women are shown as beautiful, popular maybe, but not cool in a James Bond way. So no there wouldn't be a female version of this.

It's not about sexualizing the kid at all. They're showing close ups of the diaper being worn just like in any other commerical. They only difference is that these are the limited edition jean ones. The reason they show the close ups of the kid wearing it is so you can see how the diaper moves/stretches when the kid moves around.
