  • this is great! how did you train to get that strength in terms of handstand pushups? did you do planche training? or did you just do a lot of different handstand drills?

  • not to put you down, I can see you put a lot of work into this, but I have to tell you that your handstand position is all wrong. Head out, back bent, shoulders low.. That is just a mess. You would benefit from someone with proper training to show you a good handstand.

  • @Zpik3 Bent back is actually correct in handbalancing, it takes more strength to hold it straight, it is a feat of strength, and it is much less helpful to have it straight when progressing.

  • @twilightrottie Well u dont have to be super strong to do this, just strong to ur body weight. u have a bit of an advantage becuase i doubt u way as much as him so u dont have to get as strong to do it :)

  • @Dav3 no, he have to stretch the both sides of the down back, because the force it's allright but his want to stay in one hand and the hip don't stretch, if he perform his strenght more and his flexibility best hi will have no problem.

  • @IFishyI lay on your bed, with your neck sticking out from the edge. then look up(or back since youre lying down). if you know the term "spot", you should spot the wall in front of your bed, or whatever is directly above your head i mean. then roll back and tuck so you fall off the edge of your bed and on your feet. : ) do that a couple of times until you are able to SEE CLEARLY where you are at every point in the flip you do! good luck buddy! comment if you want me to clear it up for you

Then I go on YouTube and search, then I come across this video, a regular dude, not very big (Muscle Wise) and does everything that I am trying to achieve, lol. Damn, talented or what! I know he's getting some stuff wrong, but he sure is strong, you have some unblievable strength pal. Just proves doesn't it that muscle isn't everything. Keep it up.

  • if u cant hold a handstand, try to do normal push ups, or do a handstand against the wall and try to stay as long in it as you can ( to test your strength for handstand ) and for the rest u need to try hard on balancing a handstand

  • You just need to try to do pushups without wall :) if you can do pushups with wall it will take about week of training to do pushup without wall :)

  • @Nutsosteel Remember where your center of balance is and notice how it is constantly changing without having the wall for support. Try putting your legs in different positions while in a hand stand to better understand how your balance shifts and to build up support muscles.
