im from where Latrell was from, they said in the paper cause of death was acute cardiac arrest, or something to that extent (not sure heat was a problem because last night was one of the coolest nights we have had in MS) It is so tragic, my brother was at the game and was on the sideline when it happened he said that the stadium went silent when he went down and they started doing cpr .The teams decided to keep playing and Latrell's team came back and won it for him. may he rest in peace.

I know all the coaches want to win along with the players but in highschool they need to put into law more water breaks. Cause just in highschool your body is still growing and it needs more water and not use to the heat. Plus a lot need to eat healthy period if you r going to play. no wendy's or mcdonalds ever but that does really suck. Well at least he passed doing something he loved. It was probably heat stroke. I just hope they make it an law for water breaks if it is that hot out.
