  • Omg. A window into my future life. I bet the doc I shadowed dealt with this bs every night. I'd just say "Ok, i'll prove these guys aren't having MIs...ECHO all of them. No wall motion abnormalities, no MI"

  • Brilliant, laughed so hard I wet my knickers....pricelist

  • This is so freakin true! This happens at the hospital I work at all the time.

  • This vid is silly. We rarely call cards unless the patient has a STEMI, clear USA, or positive biomarkers. We do admit a lot of CP .It goes to the hospitalist for a r/o and stress test. Every review of CP ever done shows there are very few circumstances in which one can safely say this is not cardiac.Missed MI is the biggest cost of malpractice from the ED. I've had every "atypical CP" you can imagine rule in for MI's over the years, even one I sent home that I was sure was cholelithiasis.

  • are we incinuating physicans are stupid here? You did well if you where.

  • You are a moron. SO FUNNY :)

  • ER physicians are not doctors, Only highly trained techs. they can intubate, they can put chest tubes in. But Dont know jack SHIT about medicine and they'll call you for the mos stupid, absurd reasons you can think of.

  • @JUARITOSWAY is this what you've observed while working as a janitor at the hospital?

  • @efyouto nah. That´s what your mom told me when she was sucking my cock. Apparently she´s married to an ER " doctor" hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah!!!!!!!!

  • @JUARITOSWAY wow you're very witty. I wish I could be as smart as you. I'm now convinced your actually an MD. Good job. That was so funny how you brought mom and your tiny cock into this. And unless this "cock sucking" happened prior to 1973 when she died I don't believe it happened. But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt since your a hot shot real doctor.

  • what exactly did you expect going into a consult specialty? if you didn't want to make money from people calling you for an "expert," and likely snotty opinion, maybe you should have done something else.

  • Not true, even though ER doctors don't take much history, they will certainly ask about the risk factors in any patient presenting with chest pain.

  • Wrong. Cards are so lazy to even come down to ER for a CP. They just like to do a stress test the next day.

  • @Djarian2000 Well most chest pain calls are exactly like this BS hotdog contest one. If the ER knew how to take a history cardiologists would be more interested in seeing their patients.

  • Very true ,I like it so much

  • yes!!!! the 98yo with cancer???? this is soooo true!!!! this is everyday!!!
