  • Mexican fighter stopped his lil bitch ass ha ha ha ha hah ah ah ah ahahah ahahhahhahahaha

  • Where do they get the power??

  • always maintained that Naz shudda stuck with Brendan Ingle

  • amazing fight!

  • He did that long ass entrance and STILL beat this fools ass. Naseem was a monster.

  • Floyd Mayweather Jr called Naseem out after Floyd beat the boxing trunks off of Diego Corrales, and Naseem didn't want no parts of Floyd Jr, Naseem went fought Barrera instead, and still got his ass whooped, and extremely embarrassed.

  • @Lift1One It wouldn't have made any sense for him to fight mayweather at that time, he still needed to beat 4 or 5 fighters before he would've even considered moving up in weight to fight floyd, naseem started 5 weight divisions lower than where mayweather started

  • I just watched all 3 prts and I appreciate the up.. great match .. its seems like we lost so much qualtiy in the 90's early 00's when it comes to entertainment as a whole (not just boxing ).. this was a pretty match up right here ..well matched ... I'm a keep doing my research on prince he def. Can throw his hands ...thx again

  • Ignore kilagon10, he needs to get off Barrera´s dick. He deserves to go to a mental institution for not apreciating the Prince´s boxing skills.

  • Barrera was a great pro and a great fighter but naz was a great fighter and an amazing showman he made people want to watch boxing and made them feel happy they had paid to see him weather they were paying to see him win or get beat and that's the Beaty of him the haters would pay for a pay per view event just to see him get beat so love him or hate him There is only a few boxers in history that can say that they got there enemy's to line there pockets. His style and punching power was great to

  • Couldn't understand your comment, I think you need to take your mental pills...Oh, Princess Naseem = Got his ass beat by Barrera...LOL...Then put him into retirement...Sucker.

  • @MrTurkishblue no. but the '95 one that beat robinson would.

  • @carmodifire well said m8 that naz would av beat barrera morales and paquiao.naz was ridiculously talented.

  • @MrTurkishblue lol no

  • @MrTurkishblue You say that like Naz was washed up. Naz didn't look too great in this fight either. Barrera was too classy and had too good of a chin for Naz. Get over it. Naz was very good, but not great. Barrera was great.

  • @MrTurkishblue Nah, the one that beat Robinson would, I think. As for mayweather, he had trouble with southpaws and unorthodox fighters with power, Hamed had all 3.

  • Naseem got his ass beat by Barrera...

  • @kilagon10 berrera is not a good fighter he even cant show his face in the fight he is not attacker ,, Well another pakistani british boxer amir khan fucked burrera bedly ,,

  • @kilagon10 yes you are right .. thats what i meant .. its sport any one can loos or win ,, so chil man just enjoy,,,,, i know barrera is good fighter ,but the way prince naseem fight i like him, he is attacker ,,while in ring he dont fear to loos he just attack and enjoy the game, while barrera just defend himself to win,BTW i even dont like amir khan while he beaten barrera and barrera beaten naseem ,but way he fought i just like that

  • @joaquinnaaz

No one likes your little camel jockey Naz because he thought he was bad ass before he fought a great fighter like Barrera...No one liked him because he was a shit talker...No one liked him because he claimed he would never get beat by anybody = Until he fought Barrera...LOL...No only did Barrera beat the hell out of him, but he made Naz retire...LOL

  • HES FOR REAL

  • THis is probably one of the only decent fighters Naseem beat.

  • one of the best matches me n me dad ever seen

  • I can see some jeallous Americans picking on the most talented UK fighters of all time. You really hate the British, don´t you ?

  • @MrTurkishblue No. I think the prince was amazing.

  • naaz = legend wat ever comming boxer i wish that vs barera was reall naaz

  • Kevin Kelley was one of the few good fighters that Hamed would get in the ring with. He ducked Erik Morales because he knew that Morales would have knocked him out. The only reason Hamed fought Marco Antonio Barrera was that he thought Barrera was a shot fighter after Barrera lost twice to Junior Jones. Fortunately for Barrera, Hamed gave him the fight and we all know how that turned out.

  • How was naz the real deal, shocking defence looked like a novice against the top fighters, I fucking can't stand the prick, thought he would be legend like Ali, fucking miles off, "twat"

  • Hagler Hearns LOL

  • Naseem was a Decent fighter, only fought 3 good fighters in his Career.terrible defense all or nothing style.his weaknesses were exposed any time he fought good fighters,he knew this thats why he quit.it was only going to get harder for him.

  • that prick of a ref pissed nas off by counting them fake knockdowns jus to try an even it up coz kelley an american fighter and didnt wanna make him look bad in his own backyard.jus made nas more determined to blast his head off his shoulders.nas didnt fuck around durin that fight.he got straight down to bizness.even foreman had to admire him callin him the real deal.cant argue with big george can ya really.

  • Love it when cocky boxers get shown up to be crap.. hamed... khan... haye... against proper boxers are actually just walking mouthpieces...

  • @mooghead Hamed, Khan, Haye crap? Are you insane? Hamed lost to Barrera, no shame in that, he always fought and beat everyone who was put in front of him (obviously except Barrera). He was also 10 X more entertaining than the bores of today. Haye lost to Klitchsko, again no shame in that, (I agree all the shit he said beforehand and the excuses after were embarrassing!) but you cant argue with his cruiserweight record! When your a boxing world champion let me know!!

  • @englandbornlivedie I am a ninja world champion, I shit on boxers for fun

  • @mooghead hahahahahaha.world champion bullshitter.youd shit on haye hamed an khan eh?got any youtube vids we can watch to see ya in action.?

  • @gonzobeak1 I cant put my videos up. I work for several governments as a stealth ninja assassin and cannot reveal my identity.

  • @mooghead fair enuff man.dont wanna get ya in trouble with the higher power lol.could ya take out the english goverment for me.they need de-comissioning man bigtime.

  • @mooghead im sure u could go in and ko the boxers they lost to then?

  • Still makes me laugh when Hamed jumped in against Barrera with a leaping left hook, got spun round, hog tied, had his head rammed into the turnbuckle, and was asked "Who's the daddy" by Barrera. Still makes me chuckle.

  • This is one of my 2 best fights ever, along with Hearns Hagler. Just pure action and launched Hamed in the States in style.

Hamed was one of the most unique fighters ever, its a shame he lost his heart after the Barerra points loss. I

  • 9/11 is what ruined his career. Shame though.

  • wow, that fight was crazy

  • What a fight. Props to Kelley, he turned up and hurt Naseem, but Naseem combined lightning speed and KO power, that's what made him so exciting. Anyone that calls him a bum needs admitting to a mental institution.

  • @JuanRefan Roy Jones lacked fundamentals. BUT, their BALANCE was always there. Hamed never had balance. Any good fighter regardless of style has decent balance. Hamed could never work consistently behind a jab b/c his feet were always out of position, too wide and it fucked up his balance. He got knocked down a dozen times in his career and just about every time it was from balance. Not from a bad chin, a frequent misconception folks had about him. If he had better balance, he wouldve been great

  • @Vergadoce Actually, he traded balance for harder punching at unusual angles. If he had balance, that means he would favor defense above offense at certain points. But yeah, you're right.

  • @carmodifire Agreed 100%. It's OK to freestyle the way Hamed did at times, BUT you have to have some foundation of fundamentals to fall back on b/c when you're facing any technically schooled opponent -- like a Barrera. If not, they'll pick you off at will by using your balance against you and your power will never be a factor.

  • @Vergadoce Yup. But, I think, and I'm of the minority, that Naz could've beaten Barerra in his prime. By prime, I mean like Tyson in his prime: Not agewise, but by mentality, focus, etc.

  • @carmodifire I dunno. One thing that fight showed is that Naz was flustered when someone talked shit to him. His issue was more mental than anything. But you're correct, the Naz of about 3 years prior was a more prime Naz and wouldve had a better shot at beating MAB. He let his brother Riath, who knew ZERO about boxing, take over his career and fired Brendan Ingle. It's a perfect example why, if I were a fighter, I would NOT let family get involved in my career.

  • Naz got bored with boxing, and had too much money around 25,...

He would tell you now he was an idiot for blowing his talent against the wall i believe.

He would have smashed them all being dedicated. I loved the weeman Glasgow man who championed him, when all my mates hated him.

  • as wildly entertaining and one of the greats of his time

  • Nadeem Hamed was one of the toughest fighters in the lower weight classes in the 90s. I like his style because it was unorthodox but he got away with it because he was skilled. He countered well, had power in both hands and the way he flailed when he was getting hit with power took the sting off of a lot of punches he took. The only way to hurt him was to catch him off balance, but you had to be precise cause he'd come out with that uppercut out of nowhere if you weren't paying attention. He wa

  • VS. MORALES IN HIS PRIME??? HAHA NO WAY THIS LIL FUCKEN HINDU BEATN HIM... PLUS THIS FOO LOST TO BARRERA.... TALKN BOUT THIS SO-CALLED "PRINCE"....

  • I would have love to see him fight pacman, but I don't think he could handle Floyd. But could you imagine the 24\7 on HBO If him and Floyd were to fight.

  • "He's for real! The Prince is for real!!" Big George loved himself some of tha Prince lol. Naz vs Morales would've been no joke, Floyd would've schooled him tho imo.

  • @GWal84 Hamed was "smart" enough not to get in the ring with Erik Morales. Hamed wanted no part of Morales because he knew Morales would beat him.

  • for this guy that i just seem to hate on...he sure wins fights with that wierd way of fighting...his hands r on his shorts most of the time and he still seems to connect and defend and dodge in a wierd way

  • The Prince brought Mike Tyson-esque popularity to the lower weight divisions. Too entertaining.

  • the prince rules

  • why is everyone so bitter about naseem?. Can anyone say they have been as entertained by a boxing match since naz last fought?. He was a true showman, & a nice guy outside of the ring aswell. He allways had time for his fans, & went the extra mile of dancing like a madman to make the show a one in a million. & he was allways gracious about his apponents after a win. Constantly wishing them the best & to good health. Unlike mayweather and david haye who take the money, run & put on a boring show.

  • This fight was a classic.

  • flamboyant but not such great....

  • Naz could talk the talk, but also walk the walk.

  • one of the most exciting fights of all time!

  • @barguna I don't think he was the same when he came back and fought Calvo. Of course, I am not privy to inside info about the goings-on; this is just how I see it. I was & am a huge Naz fan, so please don't think I am slagging him off. I just thought that he was allowed to get away with a lot, due to the family's vast influence. They wouldn't have wanted to upset their cash cow. The latter part of the Prince's career leaves a slightly nasty taste in my mouth & it never had to be that way.

  • ahahah kellley u just a losser

  • barrera got lucky when he fought nas. ducked him till he was out of his prime then decided it was a good idea to fight. look what happened to barrera when he fought khan he got utterly dominated and made to look a joke. just what a fighter like barrera deserves!

  • @sionpwns barrea was comin up in weight to fight naz and naz was still at his peak difference is barrea was a muti weight champ and naz wasnt and barrea was way over the hill when he fought khan

  • @MrLeebo123 you are retarded! naz hardly even trained for his fight with barrera didnt take it seriously at all and you say at his peak are you crazy! if barrera was so over the hill how did he manage to beat morrales after naz! serioulsy you need to read up a bit more before you comment about something you dont kno!

  • @MrLeebo123 and 3lbs isnt really going up in weight he would come in on fight night with that extra 3lbs easy!

  • @MrLeebo123 thats what i thought you speak so much shit you get marked as spam LMAO

  • @sionpwns You've got it backwards. Hamed ducked Barrera until he thought Barrera was past his prime. Hamed only took on Barrera after Barrera lost two fights to Junior Jones. Hameds' handlers thought that Barrera would be an easy fight for Hamed, otherwise they would not have taken the match. Barrera was too old to be fighting anybody when he took on Khan.

  • @titaniumpecker No, Hamed wanted to fight him, but Barerra than lost to Jones, so the fight was off. Marquez refused the biggest payday of his career till then to fight Hamed. And Morales would get KO'd by Hamed, no one can brawl with Hamed, why else did Barerra box and not brawl like in Morales-Barerra 1? Morales lost to some guy and so that was off too. Hamed called these guys out, and Barerra didn't take him on untill he was bad.

  • @carmodifire I totally agree. Barrera ducked Naz for years until he thought he slowed down a little.

At first, I thought Naz was at his peak when he faced Barrera, but then, after watching the fight many times I realized he wasn´t as slick and fast as always. I´m 100 percent sure Naz would knocked out Barrera if he trained harder. And he would definitely beat him a couple of years earlier. The Prince´s biggest problem is he was very undisciplined. A shame for such a talented fighter.

  • @MrTurkishblue Indeed. Emanual Steward said that Hamed could have been THE greatest FW of all time, and one of the greatest boxers ever. People say he was exposed and all, and couldn't beat an atg. Truth is, Hamed could be outboxed later on, but not outbrawled. I think in the later part of his career, he could beat Pac and Morales, but not Barerra and Marquez. But in 95? Hamed beats them all.

  • Comment removed

  • I was rooting for Kelly : (

  • Typically stupid comment from Foreman at the end, saying Hamed's punching power was "like De La Hoya". Hamed was a much, much harder P4P puncher than De La Hoya, who stopped KO'ing opponents as soon as he stopped starving himself (then piling the pounds back on) at lightweight.

  • He clearly slacked off in training from this fight onwards, you can see it in his sluggishness and in his body, instead of lean and hard like in his earlier days, he became increasingly podgy and soft. You just have to look at the tapes of earlier fights to see that. He lost the sharpness and speed he had when he trained like a fighter should, his ego got the better of him and Ingle wasn't a strong enough trainer to handle him, by the time Steward got to him all discipline was out the window!

  • Ludicrous ref Haseem was more off balance when his glove touched the canvas, getting a count for that? Crap.

  • That is how to shut up biases critics!

    "The Prince is for real!"

  • Look.... I loved watching him fight and i totally understood his way of entertaining and loved it... but name me a top class opponent he fought other than other than Kevin Kelly.

  • Comment removed

  • @razmalik ERM MARCO ANTONIO BARRERA, THE ONLY PERSON TO BEAT HIM ? DICKHEAD.

  • @MarcusPestell erm sorry whos the dick head?, and why you talking like that anyway, no ones offering you a fight here mate.... but if we discussing boxing here mate then i would say your right the only other top class fighter on his Naz's CV was Barera and that ended badly for Naz. Not a Legend for me, but nearly there. A good fighter and a great entertainer.

  • @razmalik Good point. He was a good boxer who might have become great, but boxing takes more than just physical attributes.

    I never liked him..

  • @MarcusPestell naseem lost with 3 points. nas kicked soo many latinos bitch. also barraera avoided nas request the first time. so bararra fight with naz at the end of his career. so fuck off. btw barrara lost soo many times. even khan ate the whole ass of baraaraaaararaa

  • @razmalik 'other than kevin kelly'lol he did fight a top class oxer and beat him hence is top class...duh

  • NASEEM !!! GOOD FIGHTER _ RESPECT !!!

  • 'he's for real, the prince is for real' haha you know someones for real when they get you to call them a prince even when they're not. LEGEND

  • fuck nseem muslm

  • @mikedavidtheman Clever

  • This was the peak of Naz's career, he should have went on to fight some bigger fights but didnt and went stale in my opinion, over protected by his camp, the jump up to Barerra was too great a jump and alas ends his career as a decent fighter but not a Legend.

  • @razmalik He was a legend there were better fighter for sure but he was acutely aware of the sport being entertainment he brought it all and he could bang he always had a punchers chance.

  • من فـاز ؟؟

    << بالله

  • @a1b2c3d4e5fsm5 FAAZA NASEEM HAMED

  • In my opinion, Naz was never the same after this fight. It's like he was missing something, or he just wasn't as slick. He'll always be my favorite as far as style though.

  • @bubbybaker he was missing Ingle, biggest mistake he could ever of made, simple as that.

  • it will end and it will be a classic!

  • A fight scripted by Stallone: completely without defense, and utterly ridiculous. Which isn't to say it isn't entertaining.

  • prince prince jejejejejjejjej el mas grande

  • Thumbs up if you think George is thinking about Ron Lyle.

  • what do u mean grow up when I was young Asians like us was banging up black and white motherfuckers up for fun so suck your mum, he banged him u niggers cant take reality

  • Set a good examples I loved to live life and becoming famous out of humiliating Black and White people they all got exposed now that slapped the grin of their fucking piece of shit Black/whites mum face, he had one defeat thats all, so but Amhir Kahn took revenge for him, and made Barrerra bleed to death. the stupid westerner

  • Set a good examples I loved to live life and becoming famous out of humiliating Black and White people they all got exposed now that slapped the grin of their fucking piece of shit Black/whites mum face, he had onbe defeat thats all, so but Amhir Kahn took revenge for him, and made Barrerra bleed to death. the stupid westerner

  • @themarchingrudy you poor bastard, all angry and shit...grow up.

  • banged up that nigger fair and square the white are shocked as they gpot no 1 to protect them anymore

  • unlike haye and floyd naseem was actually honest

  • nowhere near Hagler vs. Hearns! This fight was a mess. Fun to watch though.

  • amir khan doesnt have the power naz had

  • The Prince really lost his way once his brothers took more control. He ruled the roost and, as has been mentioned below, he slacked off on his training. I don't think he was at all outclassed by Barrera, but what he did do wrong was not change his tactics in that fight. In my mind, he could have won that fight, but failed to adapt. It still saddens me to this day.

  • @RamboRonnie he had no idea what he was doing with a boxer...he was a slugger who fought tomato cans...once exposed he was done

  • @RamboRonnie Yes but did he just lose passion because of a lost fight? He has cited that he missed his family too much which is reason enough for me. In any case, we fans are the biggest losers, not Naseem. He got his way.

  • @RamboRonnie

Exactly, barrea rotated round naseem clockwise to counter naseems left hand.

  • @RamboRonnie His fall out with ingle ruined naz, steward and suarez stupidly tampered with his style. An made naz plant his feet alot more. An just start hitting one or two bombs a time. This made him alot elusive and was the reason, barrera kept catching him all the time. If you watch naz before he left ingle, he is alot more elusive and is feet move alot more and instead of just throwing one are two bombs, he throws combos of 3 and 4 bombs.

  • @barmyarmy3 I totally agree.

  • A lot of people don't realise what happened with Naz. He fired Ingle who is the only trainer ever to teach his fighters to fight like that (Herol Graham, Johnny Nelson etc). He then stopped doing road work/running and after this fight in particular he realised he had a great chin. Hence the Naz that ended up in his final fights plodding round looking for single shots. At his peak he was an extraordinary fight, totally unique and difficult to both evaluate of fight against. For my money the most

  • it's a travesty that hamed aint in the hall of fame

  • @macwit2cs Couldnt agree more one of the greats!

  • miss hamed so much.boxing needs another guy like hamed.

  • Love his cockiness...Prince Naseem wish u were still around...FIGHTING...U make boxing attractive to people like me...

  • i love the sportive hug between two fighters at the end of the match.... it means respect, glory for the training and care for each other's feelings

  • How can you even compare KHAN to THE PRINCE

  • Kelley blew this fight. He thought it was gonna be easy after that first knockdown. He was technically far superior to Hamed but ended up getting caught. Too bad for him. Great win for Hamed.

  • @Kedbuka true, but Hamed's strength was being able to take advantage of that with his blistering speed, superhuman punching power, awkward and unorthodox movement and lightning feet. His punching looked wild and off balance but it wasn't. It was deadly accurate - like a cobra's strike.

Kevin Kelly was an awesome boxer and the first to hurt Hamed. Manuel Medina was the first to make him work. Hamed's biggest ever mistake was to sack Brendan Ingle. It was a shame.

  • @MrSimeon76 Yes but with the Medina fight he had a cold. Seems like a petty excuse but he actually did.

  • @KBW2010 Yeah I remember now. I've got it on video somewhere lol.. well actually a cold is a damn good reason to not be you're best when it comes to boxing - especially at that level...and Medina really took one helluva battering...

  • @MrSimeon76 Agreed. Although I have never seen someones face that badly disfigured. Naz was not his best but he still stuck in there. I got to hand it to Medina though he took all Naz's powerful lefts and still got back up again and again. A true warrior. Although he would not have lasted against a peak Hamed.

  • @MrSimeon76 Hamed had excellent power--I don't know that I'd call it "superhuman" but okay...

I think you over-rate your man Hamed. Barrera thoroughly exposed him and would have done so again if given the opportunity. Hamed though would never get back in the ring with him, and for good reason. Hamed was world class but not in the category of Barrera, an all-time great.

  • @Kedbuka the most fun boxer to watch ever though in my opinion

  • @MrSimeon76 I think you've hit the nail on the head there about Naseem sacking his trainer i reckon with the right guidance Naseem could have been great. But oh well these things happen.

  • @Kedbuka I agree but you shouldnt make technique the defining guage of what makes a great fighter especially in a sport like boxing where determination grit heart and guts can supplement a lack of technique and make up for it. Hamed in his day had to be up there in the top 3 pound for pound hardest hitters. Kelly was a fantastic fighter also with great power for his size.

  • @FCMillwall81 Hamed was indeed a hard hitter; however, I'd take someone who was technically superior but with just a little less power over him like, say...Marco Antonio Barrera--who beat both of these fellows. I thought Kelly could have won this fight because he was better than Hamed but he allowed his concentration to slip and he paid for it. Like I said, great win for Hamed but due to it, his fans got all crazy and thought he was some sort of legend-in-waiting. Hardly the case...

  • Kelley lost his cool.

  • respect to both fighters for going for it!

  • I knew that after watching this match, if Naseem wasn't as calm and collected as possible against Barrerra, and if he couldn't use the hard punch to knock Barrera out, then Barrera would win on a unanimous decision.

We saw that Naseem during the Barrera bout was not calm and collected, and he couldn't knock Barrera out, Barrera's style was more suited to technical wins, Naseem = flashy wins.

  • @oombuddah Exactly

  • مشكور يا منزل المقطع. نسيم والله مالك مثيل لا قبلك ولا بعدك تعجز النسا ان تلدن مثل نسيم يمني وافتخرررر

  • he's for real! the prince is for real!

  • Prince Naseem is product of England.

  • @hunterazaola Actually a product of Yemen.

  • Damn, how I can't stand Larry Merchant.

  • رائع يانسيم

  • "The Prince is for real!"

  • Ali and Hamed - is boxing. Since these two left the sport, boxing has never and will never be the same.

Ali and Hamed greatest of all time, in their respective divisions.

  • @2010whyman

Get serious. Hamed wasn't even the best of his era! He got dominated by Marco Antonio Barrera. Don't get me wrong he was a great fighter but to put him the class of Ali is beyond hyperbole. Great fighter, fun to watch, from an entertainment perspective maybe in the same class as Ali but not the greatest Featherweight of all-time.

  • @McDonald12345 Naseem, pound for pound greatest of all time!

  • @McDonald12345

Marco Antonio Barrera came from a higher weight down (massive advantage) plus that guy got massacred by a kid called khan LOL

  • @X1REME

That's simply wrong. Barrera came up from 122 to fight Hamed at 126. Also - if it were true - cutting weight, especially later in your career, is far more difficult than moving up. Hence why fighters tend to ascend weight classes later in their careers.

The fact that Barrera lost to Khan, an up-and-coming star, when he was 35 doesn't in any way diminish his greatness.

You can't name a single hall of fame caliber fighter Hamed beat. He was good maybe great but not close to Ali great.

  • @X1REME

He didn't stick around long enough to establish himself as one of the all-time greats. He could have avenged that loss and gone on to do something special but he never did. You don't put a fighter in the "all-time great" class, as the OP did, just because he MIGHT have done something special had he stuck around.

  • @McDonald12345 he didnt get dominated berrera didnt even knock him down

  • @hahanikka

What is it a prerequisite to join the Hamed fan club that you have to be ignorant of the sport of boxing? Did you see the fight? He lost a minimum of 8-9 of the rounds and was losing those rounds by wide margins. He never came close to landing a significant punch and was whacked all around the ring.

If not being knocked down means you didn't get dominated, then I guess De La Hoya was "in the fight" against Pacquiao. Or that Carlos Baldomir didn't get dominated by Mayweather.

  • @McDonald12345 naseem was imposing his willl the whole fight and kevin kelley was worried teh whole fight...kelley was never comfterble..all kelleys knockdowns were just naseem being naseem they wernt even flash knockdowns lmao

    <
