at the 7:00 one arm dumbbell u quite a little bit of mistake u overspined the torso ... the shouldors line should be the same the movment it is in the arms ... it might be from bigger weights ....but that can be bad for u're back when u are an begginer ...sry for bad english

Good stuff Peter, I think your back is wider than the USA's. That back lat spread looked super impressive, the single arm dumbell rows looked made your back look way thick. Great workout bro!

Why do you turn the way facing away from the weight stack when you do the lat pulldowns? Does it hit a different part of the back?

on some machines facing away from the stack keeps you in strict form rather than leaning back, unless you want 200 pounds embedded in your forehead
