Your coloring style is a little more advanced now & your anatomy is a bit better too. However, what really stands out are the highlights and shading. They give the drawing much more body and make it more realistic + it stands out more that way. And the hair is much much better now. It has way more body than before & flows with the breeze, along with her dress.
Also, you got more creative with the weapon's design.

Awesome proportions. coloring style is different from lets say 1 year ago but i'm in no place to say whether there is improvement.. i think the more time you spend on it the better it is.
now I say there was quite an inprovment, I mean you can see more volum, and a "glow/lighteffect that really seem to put the whole drawing in a new light.
