I would stay away from Winstrol if I were you. Don't mess with things that can harm your natural chemistry, God made us the way we are for a reason. You are huge and do not need that junk, there is nothing that good nutrition and hardwork can't fix! (Of course, it can't cure cancer!)
Thanks man, I agree. Even if there comes a need for that stuff, the nutrition has to be 100%, 24/7/52 before one can assume they have maxed out their potential. I don't often train that early unless I cant sleep. My joints have been great after some ultrasound and laser therapy. As for weight, i think I'm in the low to mid 190's here. I'm going to cut back down to about that weight and try to maintain. What are you weighing?

they get the job done.
with tendinitis in the elbow and scar tissue in the shoulder, going any lower is counterproductive. could not dip for about 2 years.
