Havoc sucks, the thing that i hate about it besides its crappy yaw is that fact that you have a blind spot around the whole outside of your screen.

I'm great flying the viper also. I suck at the havoc. Thou i have noticed when firing rockets from the havoc they have a stronger damaging rate to the vipers rockets.. I think the myth busting guys who do BF3 videos should test this out.

@Wasd11112 Mouse and keyboard :) Default controls. I wouldn't dare fly like that with just the keyboard. Took a lot of practise (a lot) and understanding that, different from every other vehicle that is propelled by either their wheels or jet engine, the choppers are essentially pulled by their propeller, which I know is a "Well, duh" thing to say, but if you remember that in flight, it changes the feel of the chopper entirely.

I have the sensitivity the same as what I use for infantry.

@OshiSeven I use just the keyboard and I find that it's much easier to turn the Havoc than with the mouse. And that's with the same nimbleness that you had.

@Fantikerz I might have to check that out, perhaps upping my sensitivity with the mouse with the Havoc is the key. I'll make a follow-up video if that is the case.

I agree with you on the choppers, the american ones feel much nicer to fly and you can see out of the viper, unlike the havoc...

@MacMadJason Sometimes I stand there, waiting for the "start game" count down to finish, just looking at the Havoc and half of the time I say "Fuck it" and tell my team to jump in the transport heli with me (very under-rated vehicle) and we go rape with that. Sadly I end up with like 300 points in driver assist for the whole game :P

I remember watching a tutorial video for the chopper and one of its first disclaimers was "The chopper tail is always longer than you think". Hahaha, you just proved it by crashing the tail into the sign when pitching forward.

How did you record this anyway? It seems odd to be hearing your keyboard. Sound seems too good to be recording your speakers but if you were recording PC audio output, it shouldn't pick up any keyboard sounds.

@crazyjackaljones As CStrykker said. In dxtory (the program I use) you can have multiple audio inputs into the video file, so I have my Windows audio as one 'input' and my microphone as another. These are recorded as separate tracks, so you can edit the audio levels etc. in post to make it match the in-game voices.
