@Skyducharme depends really, as this one is black give it 4 or 5 treatments and it will be gone no trace but if its say red or blue it will take many more treatments which will damage the skin more and might turn the skin a slight shade of red, i would laser it of the best you can then cover it up with something else.

There is no scarring. The so called white "scar" that appears is just a reaction from the laser. It goes away.
