I'm 37, African American, born in Chicago but grew up in southern California in the early 80's. Picked up a skateboard after Breakdancing went out of style. Still grind'n still pushin wood!! I saw it's progression, decline and now a whole new generation has deemed it cool again!! Skate or Die!!! If I can still walk, I can still skate :)

Awesome! Im 33 going on 34 and I like still skate. I stopped for a while because I got this great Idea of starting vert skated and gashed my head open and suffered a knockout. It was awesome to!! You guys are cool!

I am 40, from Cali, iving in the Czech Republic and I still skate vert and bowls but I do som eserious weigh training.. it helps.. train you core.. every trick has a price... if you train good you can keep going. I am a teacher.... keep setting standard guys

This is definitely a cool video. I had a kid and kind of toned down the skateboarding when she was about six months old and pretty much stopped for two years. She's three now, and I'm skating again. It's great because she's interested in it too. I was all worried about going to the local park, being out of practice, almost 30 with a beard... but this is a good inspiration.

Nice, thanks for posting. I'm 35, started when I was 14. At 29 I pretty much became "retired" from skating. Still had my board but didn't get on it anymore. This year I started watching some old school vids on youtube and it got me stoked. Now I am back! Not much of an older crowd in Vancouver WA. So if anyone out there is over 30 in Van WA hit me up!
