This isn't country singer Don Williams and I'm 100% sure. I've been a huge DW fan my whole live and always recognise his voice very well as I'm his biggest fan :-). This isn't Don's voice, that's very obvious.... Don's sounds deep, low and mellow, this voice sounds too high and sharp. To compare listen to 'Twas the night before Christmas' by Don and you'll hear the difference. Also this song is on none of his albums, singles or whatever and I know, because I have every song he ever recorded...
