This work out is all endurced based so all it is is a fat lose work out. YOU GAIN no strenght from this. What is the sense in having a good lookin body when you can only bench 135. If you want to just look like your in shape then this workout is for you but if you really want to be a man and still look awesome then this is definitly not a work out for you.
After, so far, watching the first 6 parts of this workout plan I have a serious quesiton... did you make up the sequence of these exercises? I wonder if you just knew of a lot of them and put them all together to invent this 300 workout.

no, half of getting stronger is the rest period where the muscle fibers that were worked in the workout- the ideal time for this is about 48 hours, so do it on alternating days. You can do cardio on the rest days. hope this helped
