Unfortunately not ;=) But I like it without it anyway, but it could have some more resistance while steering with it. It moves very easy, which can make it a little inaccurate.

Not a very good landing.. bad lineup/ glideslope and you should go max power when you hit the deck, so you can fly straight off when you dont grab a cable.... (if you want a realistic landing anyway) still nice try.

How to take off via carrier:

In F-18, get front landing gear in catapult square. Press Shift-U. This is the launch bar, and you can't turn in a taxi with it down. Then press Shift-I, and you should lock the catapult. Put full Mil. power, flaps 1, and press Shift+Space to launch. NOTE: The landing gear won't retract until the launch bar is up.

matters if u get the one thats 80$ that one differs from item to item and how hard you use it and how often now the 160$ seems a lot better than the 80$ because it has more metal making it more durable it also isn't as touchy like u need a little more force to move this one which is better for stability.

That depends, I would say yes on that question... You can configure Flight Simulator to reverse the engines when for example you have 15 % or less throttle...
