I disagree with your logic, in order to have that want to be, you must have a reason. whether or not it's a reason you figure out for yourself, or something you follow, without that purpose, there is no desire to "be". To be thoughtless is to be nonexistent, discouraging thought is to destroy what it is to be human, and intelligent. Ask the questions, and then give your own answer to them that makes the most sense to you, or take someone else's answer, just don't become a mindless drone!
