The current views of only 438 (as of 10/27/2010) goes to prove why America and the world is in the situation it is in.

If most Americans knew what Hemp was and it's history and that fact that it IS NOT POT, it would be legal again like it was when our founding fathers & mothers created this country.

@MLBinwa We can grow hemp under licence in Australia, yet it's still illegal for humans and livestock to eat the seed, the only country remaining that continues to do so. The US imports most hemp seed from Canada for food and cosmetics. China is the main source of hemp textiles and Europeans have many construction products made from bast and hurd of the Cannabis plant. Bio-fuels from cellulose and seed oil are more viable with Cannabis.

Create more jobs in America by supporting the bill to legalize industrial hemp. Industrial hemp is misclassified and confused with marijuana.

There you will find a link to the house bill and you can sign the petition to reclassify industrial hemp. American farmers and American industries will benefit from this multi-billion dollar industry.
