I am glad to see the Nike Air Band tradition is alive and well. It has evolved to a whole new level. When I attended my first Nike Air Band contest 1992-93 it was held in Myers lounge and one of the groups almost got in serious trouble for their selection of secular music- and there was no dancing- maybe some "creative movement."
