im a dentist and these two ingredients are some of what we use bit its best to blend and heat the lemon because it breaks up the acid and in turn is diuted but achieves a better result

that lemon and lime isn't too good for your teeth like lizlizlive said it eats away at your enamel...my aunt loves to actually eat them and on top of that she eats alot of ice and its not food at all...but if you do it do it once a month baking soda by itself can help but not too much i had to slow it down with baking soda i use to brush my teeth with it everyday but i cut down alot.:)))))

Girl, I know you're not actually gonna pay $1000 to get this done in the future. I use peroxide and baking soda once or twice a week. I'm always getting compliments about how white my teeth are all the time, and asked what I do. Your teeth are pretty and white. If you have the dentist bleech them, they're gonna look radio active and fake. Natural remedies are the best. They're super cheap and they work. Thanks for the tip though. I know it's helped plenty out.
