I think the tactic is to stay as close as possible all the time so he can't do its 'take this' attack where he turns into sort of a bullet and you need to dodge ansem. Cuz thats his only powerful attack. Im gonna try and beat him again. thx 4 the video dude

for those of u who dun know how to get ultima weapon heres wat u do go to the moogles store in tranverse town the things u need to synthesis for ultima weapon is 5 lucid gems,5 power gems.5 thunder gems,3 mystery goo & 3 gales hope it helps ^-^

It took me like about three times to beat Trickmaster in Wonderland;

five times to beat the cameleon [I had to listen to Tarzans' grunt a lot -_-]

then, about 8 times just to beat ursala...when she's huge. not that she always is, but when she's super huge.

And now, I keep getting my butt whopped about 30 times trying to beat Riku when he's possesed by ansem....sad huh? And I'm on level 45 with the Metal Chocobo

I used to have a hard time beating him until I got the Olympia keyblade. Try getting that keyblade because it actually makes the battle a lot easier.

How did you get that far and you're only at level 45? I played straight through without spending extra time leveling up, and my level was somewhere in the 80's (been awhile since I've played, so I don't remember the exact level) by the time I reached that part of the game.

Funny story, actually. I went to Neverland before Halloweeb town and beat the world before I realized that I should've went to Halloween town first (level wise)

...so I beat a higer level world and gained some exp. from there ^^;

okay. 1. if u want a challlenge try level 40 - 50. but if u want to just kill him level 60 and above will do the trick. if u don't have the Ultima weapon yur best bet is either the metal chocobo or oblivion.

Lol. I didn't really have a hard time fighting him, I casted Aeroga on me as soon as the battle started, used Ragnarök and arcanium quite often. Cerberus was harder than him O.o. Seriously, tbh. ^_^

lolz use friggin Guard to block his dash attack, ur taking damage 4 nothin! But I do give this guy props for his insane aerial combos lol they're nonstop!!!
