can you explain how you got ivysaur to lvl 100? tried catching one at lvl 1 using the glych, i caught one, but when i got in to battle to lvl it, it only went to lvl 2. pls help
@codyknow The Special stat will depend on the DVs (or IVs) - whenever you catch a Pokémon, a set of random numbers determine how good it will be in each stat. You just have to keep trying until you can catch one with the right special. There are 16 possibly different DVs you can get, and you'll get good Missingnos. with either 182, 183 or 184 special rating, so you'll probably need a few tries to get one of the useful ones.

@codyknow ok, i got my ivy saur to lvl 100, but now his special stat is 188,,, this is pissing me off. how do i fix this.
