Man, almost an hour's worth of gameplay and you haven't even gotten to Bree yet? No wonder this game didn't do well.

Though partially it may be that it seemed to be based somewhat off the animated movie that Ralph Bakshi did in the 70's or so. All those portraits are dead ringers for the guys in the movie.

Yeah, I wonder if they were just lazy, or if they were rushed to get the game out asap. Probably both.

Hey, Loth-Man...Ever read all the way through The Silmarillion? It's like pulling teeth trying to get all the names down, but it's really great for filling in Tolkeinian lore.

I sorta liked this game, it was just poorly executed.

Especially battles and moving.

Otherwise this ain't really that bad game.

Music is nice and it has this nice fantasy and adventure theme in it.
