Unscrew the nut, then tune the low E to D, adjust the bridge so its right, get it all in tune and there you go. You don't need a D tuna they just make it a hell of alot more convinient to tune guitars with floyd rose bridges.

so how to adjust the bridge

You have to adjust the bridge tension using the screws on the back of the guitar (behind the backplate) to make the bridge level with the body again, this is because when you tune the strings down theres less string tension which means the bridge raises out of the body you have to to pull it back down by screwing the tension screws tighter to keep the bridge even. Check out some videos to show you how to do it just search tuning floyd rose or whatever.

i thought you'd say that but the thing is with floyds once you get everything tuned and you go to drop D they go straight out

You shouldn't just lock the nut straight away, wobble the trem a bit, it will go out of tune cause the strings want to go back to the tuning they were in before, but eventuly they'll stay in place after you retune. Then when it's stable lock the nut screws and make sure there tight so the strings don't slip. If it keeps happening then it could be a technical fault with your setup then it might be best to get it checked out.
