I remember when I first heard this song and I thought instead of "Heal a million, kill a million" that Kurt was really singing "Kill Neil Young" and I was like "WTF!?" lol but now I know the lyrics well enough to know that he wasn't saying that... in fact I count this as one of my favorite songs by Nirvana now... <3 : )
