yeah, random drop system sucks, it would be a lot better if we got hats by doing achievements, becuase achievs are fun to do, and even if people decide to farm them, atleast they are playing the game trying to get hats, of course hats wouldn't be rare anymore, but who cares? It's just a comestic item, it doesn't need to be rare.
