i think your sound is disabled or not even installed from the cd it self.

the cd maybe corrupt.

and by the way their isnt that much voice in windows 7, its all music.

@amrshurman VIA HD audio card... I already solved just a while ago, I just uninstalled Resident evil 5 and the audio went right back to normal. thanks anyway but if you happen to know why that happened pls tell me

I think that happened because when you first installed resident evil 5, it wasnt installed proporly so there was a little error that when you exit the game a few sound processes may be still running at your pc which doesnt allow windows sound to come, so if that happenened again go to your task manager and go to the processes and if you found any resident evil processes end the processes

@amrshurman actually it happened before re5 but it did disappeared. It just come out again when I was playing re5. uninstalling re5 was just my last resort and it did made good results. thanks, I'll try your advice next time it happened
