Those lights seem to have the same problems my LED lights have. Notice how at 1:55 or so of your video, the lights don't seem as dynamic. They just seem like dim flickering lights. Now, this MAY be the camera not picking up what the human eye can.
But I have this same problem, especially in larger rooms, and gyms. The LED's just aren't that bright far away. I can barely see my electra's, and the VUE 1's are only a tad brighter. However, a VUE3/REVO3 is much brighter.
It's the camera, not the Revo Roll, had no flickering or failure in the fixture. They are certainly not as bright as a Revo 3 though. The Revo 3 and Vue 3 have 8 to 9 times as many LED's though, and they don't move, hence, the much greater brightness. ...but I don't think they are as bright as a 250 Watt halogen barrel scanner either, but my test in January will be more telling for the Revo Rolls :)
I may have some tips coming in video form, as to how to maximize the brightness of your LED lights. I'm going to start with a video about why the LED's used in these fixtures are so directional, and go from there, so watch for it. How to maximize the brightness may be in that video, or may be a response video, depends on how the time works out :) Will try to get it posted before Christmas, but might be January 09...LOL
