Haha theres no end to bodybuilding! no such thing as over doing it imo. I actually worked out in my home for 2 years, with all free weights and 2 machines(squat/leg press) until i finally decided i needed the variety of the gym to have a complete physique. Whats more important, school or bodybuilding? haha...If you're too lazy to go to the gym, it may not be for you, its a life change and you have to be ready to sacrifice to succeed! Remember, its a process, not an event.

haha alright, there is no reason to workout every day at all. I personally do 4 times a week and if im cutting i will sometimes throw in a 5th for extra cardio. It depends on your goal, if your just trying to stay fit and active, doing ANYTHING is better than nothing and will benefit you. If its bodybuilding you're after time may be an issue for you. and thank you, ive been playing for almost 8 years now.
