false, they are one of the most popular bands in the world. neon bible was a number two record in the UK and US, and a number 1 in canada. it's not that they don't have plenty of fans, just not enough radio stations that play this kind of music.

It's probably "Haiti!"
Regine's family is from Haiti. They fled the country before she was born due to the Duvalier dictatorship. Probably why Win says "Pay 'em back," shortly after he (possibly) says "Haiti!". A bit of a stretch and a slightly-informed guess at best but it's all I have to offer. :D
