I just love Ireland and everything Irish. I know I am not from Ireland and I guess I'm a plastic paddy. But I truly love Ireland been twice I could go a billion times if only I had that much time. I don't know the country side the people the stories the people tell about the country side. God there isn't a better story teller then a person thats Irish. I'm sorry I'm not trying to sound like I know everything cause honestly I don't know anything. All I do know is I hope I can die in Ireland.

I 'm a local and its Knocnadtobar not Knocnabar - Knock = hill Na = of the Dtobar = Well i.e hill of the wells (as in springs).

Villeneuve27: I have been to several places in Europe before, but I was amazed by the beauty of the Ring of Kerry... :) We drove from Dublin as well, we slept in Killarney, visited the National Park and then we completed the ring in 2 days because we did not want to miss anything. :) We completed the Skellig Ring as well, that was also awesome. :)

yes, it is worth it for thousand times. But i surely recommend taking all day - from morning to evening. I made a dreadful mistake of thinking i have a lot of time and went late after lunch. Now i am planning to go again to take a relaxed and long walk-around at special spots.
