The thing for the dock is called infinidock. And to make ur pages to scroll down or up is called infiniboard.

I loved this theme (on ios 4.0) until I accidentally upgraded to 4.2.1 (It's very fucked up). I have to find a new awesome theme again. If you have ios 4.1 or higher, something will be missing from the theme.
