Do 2 minutes of research, ever heard of Wikipedia? Search "Emotional Freedom Technique". Unlike therapists who nod and ignore you, this can actually work...

Yes EFT definitely works.

Normally I am not one to post something negative, especially when there is little evidence to prove otherwise.
As far as I am concerned this seems like nothing more than a "empty promises" "buy this now" type of a commercial. What exactly are they talking about? It seems like holing up in a wayward house with some "professionals" is all you get? I'd like a little bit more information as to what this actually involves.

Hi Rickits24, they are speaking of EFT, (Emotional Freedom Technique), which is tapping on specified points on your body while making statements. This video refers to a DVD that shows how it was taught by professionals in a setting. There are lots of videos on YouTube that show how you can do it yourself and there is lots of free information on the internet about using it. There are ways you can learn to become a practioner or go to a professional if you choose.

Aha. Thank you very much. I wasn't quite sure and didn't manage to get that from this video. Now that I know what you are talking about I understand why it's on here.
I always expect something genuine and good from Mercola and I am not disappointed.
This technique does in fact work as i've dabbled in it myself and have seen it work for others.
