hey danspace now we can add Blake Griffin Budinger and Jan Vesely to the white arsenal of NBA LEAPERS. I focus on alot of stretching and plyometrics. the more i learn quickness and leaping ability, it is all about total body flexibitliy. i can only dunk an 8 foot hoop though. gotta keep up. i bet DG can dunk...

Americans joke that if you can jump high, then you are black because of the NBA (basketball) The guys who jump the highest and dunk the best are all black, so it's a joke that only black people can jump high.
