@Okuboro. Both FUJI DISCO by late Alhj.Sikiru Ayinde Barrister and this album by Alhj.Kollington Ayinla were just the beginning of epic rivalry between the great Icons and a turning point in world of Fuji.
Fuji Disco was devoted to Chief Ebenezer Obey and Alhaji Ajape Usman Laro while later was for Late Ayinla Omowura and same Usman Laro.
KWAM 1 just came out with his Vol.1.
All events around 1981 as you rightly pointed out.
And the stage was set for most competitive music in our world to date
@EgbaAlake you are right, that period marked the begining of fierce superiority battle between the duo.d kwara was man fully combative, Barry had 2 respond with hit record like e sinmi Rascality, superiority etc. Ayinla Omowura's death was still fresh, & Ayinla was almost accusing his friend of having hand in Omowura's death despite d obvious fact that Bayewunmi, Omowura stage manager was said 2 have hit his boss in d head with a jug. Barry had 2 release a record "aiye" 2 refute the allegation.
